We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Plumbing Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You should have a strong understanding of plumbing codes, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and be confident working independently or as part of a team. As a key player in our field operations, you’ll ensure systems are safe, efficient, and built to last. We value quality workmanship, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities: -Install and repair water supply, drainage, gas, and sewage systems. -Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to map out system layouts. -Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using various hand and power tools. -Diagnose issues and perform repairs or replacements of plumbing fixtures and systems. -Collaborate with other tradespeople and coordinate work on larger projects. -Lead or supervise helpers or junior mechanics when assigned. -Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. -Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards. Requirements: -5+ years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings. -Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. -Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. -Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Good communication and leadership skills. -Plumbing license or certification preferred (if required by jurisdiction). -Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
